Watcher

With shades of Rear Window and Gaslight, the Watcher may be the young American, Julia or perhaps the man across the street who constantly sits in his window.  From dark streets, and twisting alleys along with a basement strip show Julia attempts to determine if the one she is watching is the serial killer on the loose in Bucharest.  Her journey is constantly edgy but not frightening to view.  The script is as tight as a violin string, but when it breaks it may not have enough to offer as a resolution.
