Hey dude, Leonardo and Michaelangelo, those pizza-loving, karate-chopping, party animals with their own rap song (performed by rapper Vanilla Ice, no less) have returned.

The turtles are trying to retrieve a stolen container of green ooze from the evil Shredder. The ooze was the result of a manufacturing error which found its way into the New York City sewer system15 years ago and transformed the once normal sized turtles into intelligent, human sized turtles. Shredder intends to use the ooze to breed a mass of menacing super strength animals to fight the Ninja Turtles.

The teenage Ninjas are aided in their quest by pizza delivery boy Keno (Ernie Reyes, Jr. from T.V.'s Sidekicks), news reporter, April (Paige Turco) and their Master, Splinter, the giant rat.

The wisecracking turtles are like large children with individual behavioral problems and unbridled energy. The karate action is playful and nonviolent, they even resort to fighting their enemies with yo-yos and hot dogs. The movie is terrific fun with a message that good guys always win. Take the kids and have a good time yourself.
