Dolph Lundgren, a Houston police officer, teams up with a by-the-book, stuffy (are they ever portrayed any other way?) FBI agent (Brian Benben) after his partner is killed in an undercover heroin deal. A seven-foot alien steals heroin and uses it to inject into random Texans and then suck the liquid from the brain with a machine attached to his arm; supposedly an ultimate drug is produced this way. He intends to bring the drug back to his planet to sell, but besides Dolph, he has to contend with an alien police officer who has followed him to earth to kill the renegade.

The plot, although similar to The Terminator, is pretty good and there are some funny, interesting characters thrown in. There are many explosions and chase scenes and if action films are your passion, I think you will like this one.
