Larry the Cable Guy stars in this action/comedy directed by C.B. Harding.

Larry and his friends Bill (Bill Engvall) and Everett (D.J. Qualis) join up for a drinking and shooting buddy weekend. They're mistaken for Army Reservists and by-the-book Sergeant Kilgrove (played by Keith David, in another tough-talking, tough guy role) and the three are packed on an Iraq-bound Army plane.

They never quite make it to war, however, because of an accidental drop off in Mexico, although they think the desert they are in is Iraq.

Larry the Cable Guy makes his living off being stupid, and he doesn't change that idea here. There are a couple of funny scenes, one occurs when the trio fight off some Mexican bad guys and save a little town, but the heavy-drinking, guy-happy losers are strictly for die-hard fans of the Cable Guy.
