There's not much intelligence in Central Intelligence– in fact, it's just the opposite – 'plain old dumb'!
The laughs are few and far between in this film which features Dwayne 'The Rock" Johnson, Kevin Hart, and a ridiculous story which moves in slow motion.

Kevin Hart's voice has always reminded me of someone scratching their fingernails on a blackboard, it's irritating, just like this so-called action/comedy.
I should have known this was going to be bad since the previews weren't funny either. Everything is contrived and stiff; even the actors appear uncomfortable. Are we supposed to laugh, even though it's not amusing?
The pairing of Johnson and Hart just doesn't work. A shotgun wedding would have been more successful. Keep your sanity and avoid this ridiculous movie.
